Procedure for dispatching orders
We ship Australia-wide via Japan Post Airmail. Once you place your order, we'll send you an order confirmation email containing instructions for transferring the shipping costs.
Once the costs are transferred, we'll promptly prepare your order for shipment.
After we shipped
your order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has
been shipped. In that email, there will be a tracking number. You can track your order via the courier's built in tracking notifiactions.
We would appreciate it if you could fill in a review upon arrival of the product.

International delivery from Japan. Therefore, it can take up to 26 days from receipt of the order for the goods to be delivered to the customer's doorstep. Please note that.
We do not support changes to orders once they have been shipped from Japan to an overseas destination. Please double check your order details when placing your order.

Delivery during the year-end and New Year holidays
During the year-end and New Year holidays, deliveries will be suspended. Due to road congestion and delivery conditions, once deliveries resume, there may be more delays than usual and the delivery schedule may not be able to meet your expectations. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Delivery by 27 December and payment by 19 December will be made by the end of the year.
We will not be able to respond to any enquiries in the remarks column other than those relating to the day and time specified.
