☆Order expiry date
If no payment is received within 3 days of placing an order, the order will be automatically cancelled on the fourth day as there is no intention to purchase. We do not guarantee the transfer fee in the event of automatic cancellation.
We do not accept extended transfers for discounted products (free shipping, coupons, sales... etc.).
☆Transfer date
The payment must be made by 5pm on the third working day of the financial institution including the day of the order.
Please be sure to contact us if you miss the deadline, as you will be responsible for the transfer fee for refunds.
Changes to orders after dispatch are not possible. Separate deliveries within the same order number are not possible. Please be careful when purchasing items such as pre-order items.

☆Delivery during the year-end and New Year holidays
During the year-end and New Year holidays, deliveries will be suspended. Due to road congestion and delivery conditions, once deliveries resume, there may be more delays than usual and the delivery schedule may not be able to meet your expectations. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
☆Delivery by 27 December and payment by 19 December will be made by the end of the year.
We will not be able to respond to any enquiries in the remarks column other than those relating to the day and time specified.
*Delivery delays may occur due to road congestion, delivery conditions, bad weather, disasters and transport disruption during the year-end and New Year holidays. Please be aware of this beforehand.
We generally do not accept returns unless the goods are faulty.

In the unlikely event of a return, the full price of the product will be refunded.
We will only accept returns of defective goods if we are notified within 3 days of receipt.

When dealing with returns, delivery and refund transfer fees will be charged. The bank transfer fee for purchases will not be refunded.
*Refunds will be made by bank transfer. Credit offsetting periods are handled by offsetting. (Order fees are not refundable).
We do not accept returns at the customer's convenience.
*We thoroughly inspect our products twice, but in the case of returns due to errors on the part of the shop, such as damage to the product, insufficient number of items, or wrongly shipped items, we will respond promptly by exchanging images. 1. Colour tones may vary
Product images may vary in colour depending on your monitor environment.
We cannot accept exchanges or returns of products for reasons such as ‘the image is not what I expected’ or ‘the colour is different from the monitor’.
If you have any concerns, please contact our customer support before ordering.
2. Smell.
Some products may smell bad immediately after arrival due to the characteristics of air transport.
★Similarly, returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases.
Products that have been opened and used. If the packaging has been damaged. Products that have been soiled or smelt after arrival. Other items that are judged to have obvious signs of use after being checked upon arrival at our company. Discounted items such as set items, sale items, Replacement of the item with another item.
★If the returned goods do not meet the conditions relating to the exchange, the goods will be sent back to the customer on delivery.
The department in charge will vary depending on the condition and situation of the product. Please return the goods to the address we have provided you with.
If the return address is different, or if the goods are sent back without notifying us, we will not accept the return or exchange of the goods.
